1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and sent for quality inspection within 1–3 business days prior to shipment.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may experience slight delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch, not the date the order was placed.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Split Shipments
Because our catalog is sourced from multiple specialized fulfillment centers, items ordered together may sometimes be shipped in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra charge.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Sasha Sabrena is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
