Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
  • You have 7 days from the date your order shows as delivered (or the delivery date of the final package in split shipments) to initiate a return request.
  • Once approved, the item must be postmarked and shipped back within 7 days of return authorization.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return and refund, items must meet the following criteria:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, pet hair, or smoke odor.
  • Include all original tags attached and, where applicable, the clear garment polybag with the SKU barcode label intact.
3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and supplier policies:
  • Intimates, lingerie, and bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Beauty and wellness products
  • Items marked as Final Sale
4. Return Shipping Costs
  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect, damage upon arrival, or an incorrect item received.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Email us at admin@sashasabrena.com with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos of the issue.
  3. Once authorized, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
6. Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center (usually within 5–7 business days of receipt), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct item exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for your original item and place a new order separately.
